We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible while allowing us to keep running sessions.

To cancel your booking, use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email or contact us at info@dnacasualfootball.com. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Occasionally we may need to cancel a session due to extreme weather, venue issues, or insufficient numbers. In these cases:
• We will notify you as early as possible and always at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
• You will receive a full refund automatically within 5 business days.
• Alternatively, we'll offer you a free transfer to the next available session.
• In the case of extreme weather or venue emergencies on the day, we'll contact you as soon as possible and process refunds immediately.
You can transfer your booking to a different session date (same location) up to 24 hours before your original session at no extra cost. To request a transfer, contact us at info@dnacasualfootball.com with your booking reference.
