DNA Casual Football is a casual 5-a-side football session provider operating in Kent, England. By booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

All bookings must be made online via dnacasualfootball.com. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this within 30 minutes.
DNA Casual Football reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
Session prices are as displayed on the website at the time of booking. All prices are per player, per session and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. DNA Casual Football does not store card details.
Promotional codes must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Our full cancellation policy is available at cancellation.html. In summary: cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
If DNA Casual Football cancels a session, a full refund will be issued automatically.
By booking a session, you confirm that you are in suitable physical health to participate in vigorous sporting activity.
You participate in sessions entirely at your own risk. DNA Casual Football holds public liability insurance but this does not cover personal injury to players.
Players must inform the session organiser of any medical conditions or injuries before participating.
Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to play and no refund will be given.
All players must adhere to the session rules (available at rules.html). DNA Casual Football operates a zero tolerance policy towards violent conduct, discrimination, or abuse of any kind.
DNA Casual Football reserves the right to remove any player from a session for misconduct without refund and to ban them from future sessions.
Players are responsible for any damage caused to venue property.
DNA Casual Football's liability to you is limited to the amount paid for your booking. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss.
DNA Casual Football is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings at sessions.
DNA Casual Football may photograph or film sessions for use on social media and marketing materials. By attending a session, you consent to this unless you notify us in writing before the session.
DNA Casual Football reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
